"I have been with Platte County, MO for nine years and we have been using MTC with Chris Ruggiero as our point of contact since before my arrival. We have always been pleased with the prompt and complete service provided.
For some time now we have been trying to move to a virtual environment for streamlining our services and providing redundancy to our environment. Chris has been very helpful in providing insight and options for our deployment in this arena. For example, conference calls and on-sight meetings with vendors to discuss our particular needs.
We ultimately chose to go with the VMWare vSphere ESXi 4.1 for our virtual environment. For the hardware we went with HP Proliant DL360 servers for the ESXi engines with the HP P4300 SAN for storage. We have always had very good luck with the HP server line, which is why we stayed with their hardware on this project.
Chris was very helpful in leading up to the purchase of this solution, and continues to provide assistance for my questions and concerns during our deployment."

Since we have been purchasing from Cindy Hinman at MTC for several years, we called her to help us with a fiber cabling project that had to be done and done quickly. We had to design, construct, and connect temporary buildings for our High School, Middle School and Elementary School each of which was destroyed in the storm. "I wanted to tell you everything went well last week setting up the equipment in the new building. We had a signal but it dropped several times when Robby was there Thursday night. The next morning Marshall tweaked the access point on our building while I pinged the other one. We adjusted it to the minimum milliseconds we could get. Then we went back to the new building and finished setting up thin clients and printers. I am telling you I could not tell the difference on the thin client at the new building to one in our plant as far as response time goes. I am sure it was a bit slower but a person really couldn’t tell. The IP phone works great too. I am real pleased that everything went well. Tell them the switch worked great, so thanks for configuring that. It was pretty much plug and go. Thank you again for all your help. You’re the best salesman ever!"
