Kellie has been with MTC since September 2006. She coordinates service calls, dispatches
our service technicians, takes care of ordering parts, helps find existing warranties,
and much more. She has more than 11 years of customer service experience.

With over 15 years of networking experience, Steve is one of our network engineers.
He's been back with MTC since December 2006 after a break and works closely together with sales to
provide our customers with the best technology solutions for their business needs.
He was the first engineer to be trained and to install Windows Server 2008 back
in December 07.
Steve Powers
Network Engineer
Chan came to the United States 5 years ago to study Computer Science. He graduated
in December 2007 with a Masters Degree. Since then Chan worked as SharePoint Developer
and Network Engineer. His current interest areas are Computer Networking, Security, and
Virtualization. Chan joined the MTC team in November 2008. His certifications include
HP AIS, ASE, Microsoft MCSE and Cisco CCNA
Chan Kim
Network Engineer
Dean comes to MTC with 15 years of IT experience. A gradate of DeVry Institute of
Technology in Electronics. He has served in many capacities throughout his career
including iSeries operations and administration, Lan/Wan administration and help
desk support. He has eight years of experience with telephony and voice mail systems
and is a member of Avaya user group. Certifications include Network+, HP ProCurve
AIS and LeftHand SAN/iQ.

Jeff joined MTC in January 2010.

Jeff Cooper
Senior Network Architect
Gloria has been a service technician with MTC for over 13 years. Her certification
record shows an extensive breadth of knowledge on printing and imaging products.
Certified in: CompTIA PDI, HP APS, warranty certfied on HP, Lexmark, Okidata and
Xerox Phaser. She is a KU and Electronics Institute graduate and worked in press
printing and reprographics for over 10 years before coming to MTC.
Gloria Doyens
Printer Technician
Neil joined our team of service technicians in June of 2010. His expertise
ranges from repairing various printing and imaging machines.

In June of 2007 Jerrie became a member of MTC's service team. His extensive knowledge
about printing and imaging products is reflected in his many certifications for
HP printers.
